She Says
A casual dining restaurant with a typical café menu, Caffé Sienna serves a mixture of modern Italian and Australian cuisines: pasta, steak, salads and desserts.
It was hump day and we hadn’t booked, a bit of a risk in the popular dining district of Chapel Street, but luckily it was easy enough to get a table at this spacious half-filled restaurant. I had a craving for chicken parma and Wai opted for the Sienna burger.

CHICKEN PARMAGIANA
The chicken breast was relatively thin and topped with mozzarella cheese and basil, no ham. The side salad of greens was standard. The French Fries were addictive - they were golden, crispy and salty. Happy to say, it was better than Maccas fries.
SIENNA BURGER
Now this was a top burger. Wagyu beef with bacon, gruyere cheese, beetroot relish, mixed lettuce in a brioche bun. A balance of savoury and sweet flavours, the patty was juicy and tasty, the bread was soft. This was served with a side of crinkle-cut fat chips.
